Sit or Stand

Imagine above the forehead at about 45 degrees at arms length a brilliant bright Spiritual Sun- pulsating with wonderful white and golden nurturing and healing rays- feel its warmth as you fill yourself with its emanations and Light- place the hands over the heart- close the eyes and fill yourself with Love, Light, Hope Joy and Healing- pull the Light out of the Heart center clasping it in your hands and raise the hands outstretching the arms and place the Light, Love, Peace and Healing energy into this wonderful orb of all transmuting and healing light- The Spiritual Sun- that Shines continually day and night for each and every soul- whenever they need it- (it's almost like lifting a basketball of pure light and energy up with both hands and gently placing it a the hoop or net)
